Homemade Granola

I made this granola a long time ago and I’ve long been wanting to post this in my blog. Granola is healthy and it’s so delicious. It’s made with the healthiest ingredients.

I use my granola as a topping for my yogurt or oatmeal and sometimes I just like to munch on it.

I saw this very easy recipe somewhere. I’m not sure if it’s in Ina Garten’s show “Barefoot Contessa” because it’s been so long since I watched that episode. The ingredients just got stuck in my mind so I made up the measurements. You know, the measurements are just up to yourself. Don’t be afraid to add up more spices to this because it’s all about enjoying eating in your unique taste.

My ingredients are:

Dessicated Coconut

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Old-fashioned Oatmeal

Almonds

Honey

Vanilla

MIx it all up. Pop it in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown –150degrees Celsius.

I got my granola a bit burnt because I left the house for awhile and I forgot to go back in time. So no photos for the finished product. 😦
